　発売は11月だったんですが、1週間ほど前に届き、そしてようやく本日聞き終えました（どうして遅くなったかは後述）。タイトルが全てを語っているように、クリーヴランドの「ロックの殿堂」で行われたライブ演奏のハイライトを集めた3枚組CD。

　で、ここで紹介するからには当然のように、Jeff Lynneが参加している曲が含まれています。

　実はこのCD、既に発売されているDVDを持ってりゃいらないんじゃないかと思ったのは事実なんですが、実はDVDを持っているのに、しかも内容はリップしてHDDにいつも入っているのに、これまで見たことがないんです（あ、白状してしまった）。だって、ビデオそのものは見たことがあるんですから・・・　そもそも、DVDって見るのに心構えがいるから。

　というわけで、れっきとしたELO関連アイテムだし、オーディオCDの方が手軽に聴くことができるし、というわけでこれを購入。

　さて、Jeff Lynne関連がどれだけあるか。これは簡単。Tom Petty、Dhani Harrison、それからPrinceやSteve WinwoodらとやったWhile My Guitar Gently Weeps、Handle With Careです・・・の筈。ただここで疑問が。ELO Discoveryに、Jeff Lynneは1989年のThe Rolling Stonesほかが演奏したSatisfactionに参加していると書かれています。え、と思って初めてDVDをチェック。あ・・・映ってます。しかもMick Jaggerの右後ろで結構いい場所です。なんでこの面子の演奏に参加しているんだろうと不思議に思ったら、疑問氷解。George Harrisonも映りました。一緒に来てたんでしょうね。それなら、と思って同年のHonky Tonk Womanも見てみましたが、こっちには映っていないようです。

　さて、最後にどうして入手が遅れたかの愚痴を。

　確かにamazonに比べたらHMVの方が安いんですよ。しょっちゅうまとめ買い割引とか、ポイントアップとかやってるし。でも、発売前に予約注文しているのに、発売日を過ぎてもしばらく入荷しないのはなんとかならないものか。入手困難って、発売前にわかっているのなら言っときなさい。まあ、値段が下がっているのを知って、Music Bookともども一旦キャンセルしてオーダーし直した私も悪いんですけど。

　でも、それよりひどいのがDr & The Medicsの再発3枚。10/17発売なのを8/27にオーダーして、今も届かない。現在の出荷目安は14-20日以内。入荷遅れメールも届かない。なめてるのかと思ってしまいます・・・
